Both. We work with clients globally through secure virtual platforms as well as in person, depending on your preference and context. Many of our clients choose a hybrid approach to combine flexibility with depth.
It depends on your goals and needs. Individual coaching engagements often span 10–16 sessions over several months to allow for real integration and growth. Team or organisational engagements are designed on a case-by-case basis, typically lasting from a few months to a year.
Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to creating a safe space for transformation. Everything you share in coaching conversations is kept strictly private, unless explicit permission is given to share insights with relevant stakeholders.
We design each experience collaboratively with our clients. For individuals, this may include one-to-one coaching, reflective practices, and developmental assessments. For teams and organizations, we combine workshops, coaching circles, and consulting to embed real transformation into daily work.
